Account and data deletion
Request deletion of your Range Pocket account and associated data from ArmorySync. You do not need to sign in to use this page.
Send your deletion request
- Email support@armorysync.com with the subject “Range Pocket account and data deletion request.”
- Include the email address associated with your account and whether you want to delete your account and associated data, or request deletion of specific records.
- For specific records, include only enough information to identify the relevant match or records. Do not send your password.
This opens your email app. Review and send the message yourself. You can also email support@armorysync.com directly.
How we handle your request
We will process your request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of your request, particularly for shared match records involving other competitors.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data, including purchase history managed by Adapty where applicable. Account profiles, registrations, match records, scores, results, and audit information are stored separately from your local installation. Contact us about information associated with your account or participation in a match, including records entered by a match operator.
Data that may be retained
Any information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations will be explained when handling the request. Service providers may retain purchase history, identifiers, diagnostics, and infrastructure logs for as long as necessary to provide subscriptions, security, analytics, and operational monitoring.
Local records, backups, and shared copies
You can remove local records through available in-app controls or by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. This does not remove records already synchronized to the cloud, exported files, or copies in operating-system backups or on other devices. Manage device backups through your operating system or backup provider.
Copies downloaded or shared outside ArmorySync are not removed by signing out or uninstalling the app. For the full details about the data Range Pocket handles, read the privacy policy.
Subscriptions are managed separately
Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a store subscription. Manage subscription cancellation through the store where you subscribed.
